FoolProof Literacy Plan Adds Illinois League
The Illinois Credit Union League has been added to the list of trade groups buying into the Web-based FoolProof literacy package promoted by the Credit Union Associations of Colorado/Wyoming.
The Illinois group becomes the seventh trade group to sign up for the turnkey consumer advocacy program of video-driven products aimed at CU constituencies from high school students to adults.
"FoolProof is not just a marketing campaign," said Dan Plauda, ICUL president/chief executive officer. "FoolProof is about critical, yet objective information that credit unions can provide and that members will trust."
Apart from CUAC, FoolProof said it has now partnered with these state trade groups: Mid-America Credit Union Association of North and South Dakota, the Maryland & D.C. Credit Union Association, the Virginia Credit Union League, the Credit Union Association of New York and the Maine Credit Union League.
