T8Webware, an Iowa-based provider of Web development and management services to credit unions and banks, has changed its name from T8DESIGN.
The Cedar Falls firm said the new name better reflects its Web services and overall strategy of providing financial institutions with a "holistic, constantly connected Web experience."
In addition to custom-designed Web sites, hosting and backup services, the company offers its FREEDOM8 content system, which uses a word processing interface to allow any authorized user with Web access to update content within enforced regulatory guidelines.
The company said it now serves more than 150 credit unions and banks.
