The move is designed to help credit union cut costs on their postage spend. Under the agreement, DigitalMailer will offer Standard Register's double postcard application, which the firm says represents a potential savings of more than $400,000 for a credit union's daily customer notice volume in one year. To further enhance credit unions' savings, a national pricing schedule has also been set if credit unions tie their programs into DigitalMailer's electronic statement and notice capabilities.
According to Digital Mailer President/CEO Ron Daly, the digital communication service provider's flagship eStatement product has saved clients over $15 million in paper and postage expenses while keeping them connected to their membership and helping them deepen their online relationships.
