Yolo Eases Back Pain

Yolo Federal Credit Union plans to make the most of American Massage Therapy Association's National Massage Therapy week by offering members free five-minute chair massages this week.
The Woodland, Calif.-based credit union tapped local AMTA members Bernadette Murray and Margaret Fong to provide the complimentary massages.
The AMTA represents more than 58,000 massage therapists and works to establish massage therapy as an integral piece of maintaining good personal health. AMTA's awareness week is designed to raise public understanding about the benefits of massage and allow AMTA members an opportunity to demonstrate their profession and skill. According to the AMTA regular massage sessions enhance wellness by lowering stress, which in turn increases immune system functioning.
Yolo FCU has over $183 million in assets.
