Processor Cites Reups

R.C. Olmstead said it has signed long-term renewal contracts with 27 of its core processing clients in the past 12 months.

Twenty of the renewals were with Ohio credit unions, with two in West Virginia and one each in Indiana, Kansas, Colorado, Maryland and Michigan. The company provides core processing and related services to about 115 credit unions.

"In these economic times, stability is key," said Robert Olmstead, company founder. "Our clients are always looking for the best way to serve their members, and they tell us that the dependability of our system allows them to operate with confidence."

R.C. Olmstead President Steve Kambeitz said the renewals represent a significant two-way commitment between R.C. Olmstead and its clients.

"As we plan our next 30 years, I can assure you we won't do it alone," he said. "We want clients to be more invested than ever in selecting the features we offer, the third-party partners we bring on board, and the enhancements that become part of our version updates."
