Credit unions, community banks and small business owners will be on the lineup at a Twitter virtual town hall meeting on ways to access credit.
Intuit Inc. will host the Twitter meeting 2:00-3:00 p.m. EST on June 30. The discussion will focus on access to capital for small businesses and provide insights and tips on how they can obtain credit, build relationships with their financial institutions and the steps they can take to get credit now.
Phil Bryan, senior vice president of retail and lending at $767 million Metro Credit Union in Chelsea, Mass., is among the guest speakers. Bryan has managed small business lending programs at credit unions and banks since 1999. Metro is also the top SBA credit union lender in Massachusetts.
Intuit just released a report on the future of small businesses and their access credit, which identified credit unions and community banks that are providing relief to small businesses.
