Wescom Resources Group is now offering a new member relationship management solution targeting the several hundred credit unions running on the Symitar Episys core platform.
The CUSO said MemberTrak seamlessly integrates at the user's desktop, and automatically synchronizes with the core system's front-end application.
WRG is a technology CUSO of $3.2 billion Wescom Credit Union, the first user of the new solution. The first credit union partner to use MemberTrak CRM is $743 million Capital Communications FCU, located in Albany, N.Y.
The CRM solution works out of the box in a standard Episys environment and can be customized to handle third-party investments, insurance and card accounts. It was built with Microsoft .NET tools and supports third-party Web services integration, WRG said.
