Car Show A Success

Northwest Federal Credit Union generated $221,000 in auto loans during its members-only car show.
The credit union held the car show in conjunction with its member appreciation day. The show had 100 new vehicle makes and models from 13 area car dealerships.
"This event was mutually beneficial for our members, the credit union, and our network of dealers," said Mark Rumsey, Northwest Federal's auto resources manager.
Attendees received a coupon featuring a 0.75 percentage point discount off the credit union's auto loan rates along with dealer incentives worth up to $300 on vehicle purchases. In the four-hour time period, nine vehicles were sold making up the $221,000 in auto loans.
