OnPoint Community CU Mourns Former Chairman

OnPoint Community Credit Union is mourning former longtime board chairman Dwayne Osburn, who died at age 84.
Osburn's OnPoint Board service and dedication spanned over 25 years. An educator for 35 years in Portland, Ore., public schools, he was also an active member of the community. Osborn served as a volunteer with several organizations ranging from AARP, United Seniors and PERS Retirees to serving as president of the Oregon Retired Educators Association board.
"Dwayne was the kind of chairman that every board of directors hopes to have," said OnPoint President/CEO Rob Stuart. "Through his foresight and ingenuity, he helped establish OnPoint as the leading credit union in Oregon that it is today."
