GFA Offers Savings Plan

Starting this week, GFA Federal Credit Union is offering free financial consultations in honor of America Saves Week.
This is the third year of America Saves Week, which was created by the Consumer Federation of America. The consultations will be offered through GFA's economic toolkit, which is designed to help consumers evaluate their financial situation.
"America Saves Week is an annual opportunity to encourage saving, debt reduction and wealth building. During America Saves Week, individuals are encouraged to assess their financial situation and take action to increase their savings. We are truly honored to be part of this unique project," said Tina Sbrega, president/CEO of GFA.
The credit union is also offering a savings solution called fusion savings. One account holder will be drawn quarterly to earn bonus dividends up to $500, with one quarter offering up to $2,500. Fusion savings was designed to encourage account holders to build their savings while giving them the chance to double their balance.
