Open Solutions to Market Bluepoint

VISTA, Calif. -- Bluepoint Solutions Inc.'s teller capture product will now be offered to the 5,200 credit union and bank clients of Open Solutions Inc. in a new reseller agreement.
The technology will be sold under the name tMagic and allow staff to electronically capture and process checks at the teller line. Vista-based Bluepoint Solutions (www.bluepointsolutions.com) already has more than 900 credit union and bank users of its Check 21, document management, item processing and multifactor identification solutions.
"Our partnership with Bluepoint is based on a shared commitment to help institutions achieve higher returns from their investment in Check 21 technology," said Ron Young, vice president of product strategy and management at Open Solutions (www.opensolutions.com) in Glastonbury, Conn.
