American Heritage Makes Holidays Shine

PHILADELPHIA -- Nearly 3,500 people packed American Heritage Federal Credit Union's headquarters to celebrate the holiday season.
The credit union's 2nd annual "Grand Illumination" opened with the patriotic entrance of the colors, courtesy of the Philadelphia Fife & Drum Corps and was followed by a concert of seasonal songs performed by the Philadelphia Boys Choir.
On hand at the festivities was local Philly celebrity, and Founding Father, Ben Franklin, who led the countdown to the lighting of the credit union's 40-foot Christmas tree.
With the credit union's administration building and Carriage House branch serving as a backdrop, the evening culminated with a "Fireworks Symphony" set to the music of the HBO miniseries "John Adams."
"This is our gift to the community here in Northeast Philadelphia," said American Heritage President/CEO Bruce Foulke about the annual event.
