LINDEN, N.J. -- An online version of Integrated Media Management's TotaleAtlasWeb Universal Document Presentation software has been rolled out, the company said.
"Now banks and credit unions are able to have their customers and members sign documents remotely via the Web 24/7, reaching outside of their branch infrastructure," said Chuck Klein, CEO at 600-client IMM.
The UDP software was introduced earlier this year as part of the company's in-house TotaleAtlas document management system. A major enhancement was that it does not require integration with core systems and can serve as a standalone product.
Extending that to the online version of TotaleAtlas adds to its reach, the company said.
"The younger generations are becoming a larger percentage of the financial institutions' target audience, and TotaleAtlasWeb UDP fits in well with how Generations Y and X like to do business," Klein said.

The WebReach feature provides members applying for loans through a credit union's Web site the option to have a Lending Solutions representative call them back and inform them of the loan decision.
Other credit union products will be offered to approved applicants and attempts will be made to build loans for non-approved applicants, the company said.
"The WebReach program is designed to help our clients close more loans and build deeper relationships with members through real-time service and personal attentiveness," said Lee Kolquist, LSI president.
