NACUSO Hires Blog Manager

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. -- NACUSO has hired Jim Jerving to write and manage NACUSO's new blog journal entries.

The redesigned NACUSO.org Web site, featuring a new blog and graphic look, was launched April 28. Jerving's responsibilities as blog manager officially began June 1.

A 30-year industry veteran, Jerving owns a communications business and serves as a writer, editor, consultant and volunteer. He is also chairman of the board at Heritage Credit Union and has authored four books and is co-author of three others.

The NACUSO blog will focus on issues of importance to credit unions, NACUSO and its National Center for Collaboration and Innovation, highlighting the processes of critical thinking, collaboration, innovation and implementation, according to the association. Jerving's first blog topic, "Developing Networks: A Matter of Survival," focused on networking and views from Randy Karnes, CEO of CU*Answers.

Ideas for NACUSO.org blog topics may be sent directly to Jerving at jim@jimjerving.com.
