CUNA Mutual Elects New Board Members

WASHINGTON -- The CUNA Mutual Group Board of Directors has elected a retired consultant and a credit union president to its board.

Robert J. Marzec, a retired partner in the Minneapolis office of Pricewaterhouse-Coopers' Minneapolis office, and Randy M. Smith, president and CEO of Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union in Live Oak, Texas, replace board members James L. Bryan Sr. and Neil Springer, who left the board when their terms expired in May.

Marzec retired from PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 2002 after a 36-year career there. He was a partner in the assurance and business advisory services practices.

Smith has run Randolph-Brooks since 1987 and also spent 27 years in the Air Force.
