FORT WORTH, Texas -- State National Companies, an insurer and collateral protection insurance solutions provider, has once again earned accolade from Digital Federal Credit Union.
DCU presented the firm with its Business Partnership Excellence Award.
"CPI is a complex program with many moving parts' all of which need to work together to be effective. State National continues to do an outstanding job of providing and administering a CPI program that runs smoothly and fits seamlessly into our loan operations. That truly defines partnership excellence," said Craig Roy, vice president of support services for DCU.
DCU began offering the Business Partnership Excellence Award to recognize the partnerships that assist DCU and its over 340,000 members. This marks SNC's second DCU partnership excellence award.
"We understand how important it is for credit unions to have a CPI program that creates minimal work for their staff, enabling them to maximize service to their members," said Trace Ledbetter, senior vice president of service for SNC. "We are therefore very pleased to have again received DCU's award as a validation of our program efficiency and of our commitment to building strong, effective business partnerships."
