CHATSWORTH, Calif. -- Premier America Credit Union has become the 400th credit union to sign on the provider of the OnBase enterprise content management (ECM) software suite.
The $1.4 billion CU said it plans to use the OnBase tools from Hyland Software Inc. to streamline business processes and improve records management for compliance purposes and to enhance member service.
"OnBase's functionality and seamless integration with our core processing system will enable us to easily manage the lifecycle of our documents while allowing us more time to focus on member service and not manual tasks," said Bill Lortz, vice president of technology at Premier America (www.premier.org).
Ohio-based Hyland Software (www.hylandsoftware.com) now has about 7,000 total clients, the company said. Its ECM solutions include document imaging and management, workflow tools, COLD/ERM and records management solutions.
