IBT Names Harvey as DBC President

ATLANTA -- Design and build firm IBT Holdings LLC, has named Donald T. Harvey president of Design Build Concepts, an IBT Holdings company.

"Don's proven aptitude for growth strategy in the construction industry makes him the ideal candidate to lead Design Build Concepts to further success," said Mylle Mangum, chairman of IBT Holdings. "Along with Design Build Concepts' executive management team, he will be integral in driving growth as we look to expand the company's premier design and construction services beyond the Southeast."

Harvey boasts more than 17 years of experience in construction project consulting. He most recently served as managing director of the London office of Navigant Consulting Inc., a global consulting firm providing dispute, investigative, operational, risk management and financial advisory solutions. He also served as the head of Navigant's International Operations. In this role he initiated and led Navigant's 2005 international expansion and increased the firm's annual international revenue to $90 million.

In addition to Navigant Consulting, Harvey has worked for Marsh, KPMG, Coopers and Lybrand, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the HNTB Corp. He has provided project management expertise across the world on projects valued between $20 million and $16 billion including a Coca- Cola manufacturing facility in Ireland, the Nanjing Petrochemical Facility in China and the Taiwan high speed rail project.

Harvey is a member of the International Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is an accomplished speaker on numerous topics including the roles of experts in planning and scheduling, international construction contracting, resolving international disputes and maximizing revenue through contract analysis.
