Security Service FCUHelps Marine Fabricators Save a New Way

INGLESIDE, Texas -- Security Service Federal Credit Union is providing some 800 employees of Gulf Marine Fabricators with a new way to save.

The firm was in search of a beneficial program that would eliminate the stiff penalty fees their employees incurred from borrowing against their 401(k) accounts for holiday and vacation expenses.

The over $4.5 billion credit union delivered by developing a savings program package for the company, which allowed payroll deductions, direct deposits and free accessible withdrawals.

"Security Service is pleased to welcome Gulf Marine Fabricators to the Security Service family," said Security Service President/CEO David Reynolds. "We look forward to helping them realize their financial goals and providing many years of service."So far the credit union has opened over 100 accounts for Gulf Marine Fabricators employees.
