MADISON, Wis. -- There have been a few changes at CUES with the promotion of Dawn Poker, Lucy Roidt and Karin Weiss.
Poker is now senior vice president/chief learning officer. Prior to joining CUES in August 2007, Poker owned her own consulting business and also served in senior management roles with the Convention and Tourism Corp. in Washington, D.C., and the Greater Milwaukee Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Roidt is CUES' new executive education/councils manager. Roidt joined CUES in 1996 as an administrative assistant and received three promotions in the following six years. Most recently, she served as executive education coordinator, a position she has held since 2004.
Weiss is now vice president/sales. Weiss was hired in 1999 as a sales representative and was soon promoted to sales manager; in 2005, she was named to her most recent position of director of sales.
