FAIRHAVEN, Mass. -- First Citizens' Federal Credit Union has appointed Kevin J. Inkley to the senior vice president of lending position.

Inkley has over 25 years of retail banking and mortgage lending experience that he will bring to First Citizens. Since 1999, Inkley was the senior vice president and director at the New England division of Citizens Bank CCO Mortgage Group in Providence, R.I. He has also held senior positions at Fleet Bank Mortgage Group, Citicorp Mortgage and PNC Mortgage Corp. of America.

"As First Citizens' continues to grow its base on Cape Cod and the South Coast, we continually search for senior people to assist us to reach new plateaus," said Peter J. Muise, executive vice president/chief operating officer.

"Kevin Inkley's appointment is the latest in a series of senior staff appointments that will allow First Citizens' to continue that solid growth path."

In his role at First Citizens, Inkley will be responsible for creating, managing and implementing strategic planning programs regarding consumer and business lending programs, including direct and indirect programs and mortgages as well as collections.

"Kevin's broad range of experience will enable us to develop and implement operating strategies that will enhance employee and customer experiences alike," he added.
