FICS Promotes Graham

DALLAS -- FICS has a new president. Susan Graham has been named the new president of Financial Industry Computer Systems, succeeding Dawn Gibbs, who is now CEO/chairman of the board of the provider of in-house origination and servicing technology to the mortgage industry.

Graham had been responsible for the company's call center, customer training, consulting and quality control for its origination and serving solutions. She now will be responsible for overall management of FICS' daily operations, customer relations and product timelines and deployment.

Prior to joining FICS in 1999, Graham had been first vice president of residential and commercial loan servicing and origination at San Antonio Federal Credit Union.

"The leadership of the company has been a shared responsibility among the executive team, who, along with me cumulatively represent more than 105 years of experience with FICS," Gibbs said. "This appointment will establish a foundation for FICS to continue to grow and prosper. Susan is a highly qualified person and I am excited about the level of leadership that she will bring to her new role."

Dallas-based FICS (www.loanware.com) was founded in 1983.
