Richmond Postal CU Names New CEO

RICHMOND, Va. --Richmond Postal Credit Union has appointed Joseph M. Haddon Jr. its new president/CEO.

Prior to joining Richmond Postal CU, Haddon served as senior vice president for $152 million Dominion Credit Union, where he led the credit union's information technology systems for internal and external members. He was instrumental in the development and implementation of Dominion's debit card programs, directed the Visa credit card program, and developed and maintained its compliance policy and procedure program.

Haddon has over 20 years' experience with credit unions and holds a B.S. in finance from University of Maryland.

Richmond Postal CU has assets of over $80 million and serves more than 10,000 members.
