First Tech Celebrates Keizer Branch

BEAVERTON, Ore. -- First Tech Credit Union is calling the Keizer Station shopping center in Keizer, Ore. home.

The new Keizer Station branch features a drive-up ATM and bank window, extended weekend hours, a coin machine, notary services and plenty of safe deposit boxes.

To mark the new convenient location, the credit union will be hosting a month-long celebration that includes the opportunity for members to win a $2,000 shopping spree, a Keizer Chamber of Commerce after-hours event and Awesome Day on April 12, which kicks off the registration for the Salem Keizer Education Foundation's Awesome 3000 race for kids. First Tech CU is the title sponsor of the fun run race for kids. Making a special appearance to help celebrate Awesome Day will be Olympic Decathlete Dave Johnson and Awesome Dude, the official mascot of the Awesome 3000 race.

"We chose Keizer Station for its convenience for our members," said Deborah Colby, vice president of marketing and business development at First Tech. "They can now get their shopping and banking done in one trip."
