FICS Looks Inside for New President

DALLAS -- Company veteran Susan Graham has been named the new president of Financial Industry Computer Systems.

She succeeds Dawn Gibbs, who is now CEO and chairman of the board of the provider of in-house origination and servicing technology to the mortgage industry.

Graham joined FICS in 1999 and had been responsible for the company's call center, customer training, consulting and quality control for its origination and serving solutions. She now will be responsible for overall management of FICS' daily operations, customer relations and product timelines and deployment.

Prior to joining FICS in 1999, Graham had been first vice president of residential and commercial loan servicing and origination at San Antonio Federal Credit Union.

Dallas-based FICS (www.loanware.com) was founded in 1983.
