COLUMBIA, Md. -- Credit unions affiliated with the Maryland & District of Columbia Credit Union Association will have another resource to turn to for their business service needs.
The association has partnered with CU Business Capital, LLC to provide business services. In conjunction with the agreement, both will conduct seminars, roundtables and luncheons on various topics and offer business loans, participations, leases and syndications, business checking accounts, remote check capture, merchant services, prepaid credit, debit, payroll, phone cards, and training.
"Credit unions realize the importance of business products and services, but are concerned about the management and operational requirements involved with offering them," said Mike Beall, CEO of MDDCCUA. "That's why we are proud of our alliance with CUBC. They bring the expertise and timely solutions to enable credit unions to provide business services to an untapped segment of their membership base."
The MDDCCUA represents 180 credit unions, which serve more than 2.5 million members.
