Affinity FCU Brings Coaching to Small Businesses

BASKING RIDGE, N.J. -- Affinity Federal Credit Union recently teamed up with ActionCOACH for a free coaching workshop for small business owners.

The March 4 workshop was scheduled to cover topics such as the stages of growth for a successful business and key dynamics that increase profitability.

"It's important to Affinity to reach out to our business account holders and other community business owners to offer them services that will help them thrive in this difficult economy," said Bob Birkhahn of Affinity Business Solutions.

In related news, as part of its Small Business Seminar Series, the $1.5 billion Affinity FCU was also scheduled to host a March 11 session on covering metrics that can be implemented, data needed and common mistakes made when calculating the metrics used to determine quality in the recruitment and selection process. Christine Holmberg, director of strategic partnership development, The WorkPlace Group, Inc., facilitated the seminar.
