SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Thirteen more credit unions have recently deployed mobile banking software from MShift Inc., including seven members of the billion-dollar club.
The new users are $3.5 billion Alaska USA FCU of Anchorage; $3 billion Bethpage CU of Bethpage, N.Y.; $3 billion Randolph Brooks FCU of Live Oak, Texas; $1.9 billion Eastman CU of Kingsport, Tenn.; $1.7 billion Bellco CU of Greenwood Village, Colo.; $1.7 billion State Employees CU of Maryland in Baltimore; $1.5 billion Northwest FCU of Herndon, Va.; and $828 million New Mexico Educators CU of Albuquerque.
Other new users are: $690 million IBM Southeast Employees FCU of Boca Raton, Fla.; $580 million Utah Community CU of Provo; $539 million Purdue Employees FCU of West Lafayette, Ind.; $380 million Proponent FCU of Nutley, N.J., and $70 million Firefighters FCU of Miami, Fla.
"We believe that mobile banking is a vital delivery channel for our members. Ubiquitous data access requires that you serve your member wherever he or she might be and mobile banking is a clear way to do that," said Bill Arnold, vice president of information technology at Purdue Employees FCU.
MShift said the signings bring to 65 the number of credit unions that have begun using its software in the past two-and-a-half years.
