MECHANICSBURG, Pa. -- Members 1st Federal Credit Union Board Vice Chair Jackie Eakin has made local history.
Eakin is the first woman to chair the Tri-County Regional Planning Commission.
She also chairs the Cumberland County Planning Commission and is a member of the county's Municipal Advisory Board. Eakin is a member of the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors and vice president of Asset Management, the DeSanto Realty Group Management.
The Tri County board also named James H. Turner vice chairman, William Forrey secretary and Paul Clark treasurer.
