ST. LOUIS -- Design and building firm NewGround has promoted President/Chief Operating Officer Kevin Blair to CEO.
Blair replaces Ted Golitz, who has relinquished his position as CEO but will continue to serve as board chairman.
"Kevin's strategic vision for the company has accelerated the growth of NewGround, and created opportunities for strategic alliances that have helped us expand in both U.S. and international markets. His promotion to CEO is a step forward in solidifying the long-term direction of NewGround's position in the industry," said Golitz.
As President/COO, Blair has directed and managed the business development, branding, consulting, design and build divisions of NewGround. With over 20 years of experience in the delivery of strategic facility solutions, Blair is also credited with spearheading the transformation of six independently operated companies into one organization --NewGround.
In addition, Blair's vision guided the development of NewGround's "Integrated Service Delivery" which combines branding, strategic positioning, innovative design and construction services with strategic consulting, site selection, retail media, and culture programs to create experience retail environments.
