CU*Answers 'It's Me 247' Gets Personal

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- CU*Answers, the credit union-owned data processor and online banking provider, announced the release of new built-in personalization features to its online banking system, known as It's Me 247.

The features are designed so that CU members can see themselves reflected "their way" when transacting business by customizing themes, pages, and styles.

It's Me 247 also offers added security features members can select by preference that work with the already-embedded security. According to Randy Karnes, CEO of CU*Answers, "We wanted to extend a sense of respect for the individual, a commitment to know the member, and to really embrace the best of what the self-service culture expected by member/consumers could offer. An institution built in their image, and an experience crafted to and by their requirements, even to the point where they become the Internet branch manager."
