JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- VyStar Credit Union will be using technology from Laserfiche and the services of Millennial Vision in the $3.3 billion CU's new enterprise content management solution.
The 348,000-member CU runs on a MISER core platform from Fidelity National Information Services and now will be using a Laserfiche document management solution, tying the two together with the MVi software.
"We provide a special niche in the credit union market and have grown to 185 credit union customers. VyStar will be our largest customer, with a 500 concurrent-user system," said Bill Poulter, president of MVi in Long Beach, Calif.
