fiVISION, Members Health Network Join on HSA Platform
ALBANY, N.Y. -- Albany-based Members Health Network, a subsidiary of Illinois-based Members United Corporate FCU, is using an online account opening solution from fiVISION of Indianapolis as a key part of its entry into the health savings account market.
HealthBanker features internal and online enrollment--using a private-labeled version of fiVISION's accountWORKS solution--as well as decision-making tools that allow users to compare plans and costs and a Web-based library of consumer health information.
The first user is $202 million E FCU of Baton Rouge, La., which plans to offer HSAs to retail and business members.
"We want to see credit unions take their rightful place at the HSA table," said Peter Barnard, president/CEO of Members Health Network. "fiVISION is a key partner for us since its online enrollment technology will streamline the HSA sign-up process for credit union members, demonstrating the convenience and ease of use of opening and funding an HSA at a credit union."
Mike Winter, president of fiVISION, said, "We see this market segment really exploding. We're very excited to be a part of a movement that will help credit unions grow, and help their members transition to a new way of saving for their health care."
