MADISON, Wis. -- The Credit Union Executives Society has added a pre-convention workshop on investment management to its annual meeting, scheduled for June 22-25 at the Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort in Cancun, Mexico.
Led by Scott Powell, managing director of managed accounts and mutual funds for MEMBERS Capital Advisors, Inc., a registered investment advisor affiliate of CUNA Mutual Group, the session, Economic, Investment and Market Review, will explore the economy, investment markets and credit union trends. Drawing from his 20 years of experience, Powell will provide attendees with an understanding of how economic trends and the potential direction of investment market returns may impact their credit union, and offer possible strategies for the decade ahead.
