United Heritage Credit Union Launches New Online Banking

AUSTIN, Texas -- United Heritage Credit Union has gone live with a new online banking platform from Digital Insight.

The $504 million said more than 1,700 members had logged in and four registered for its Web BillPay service in the first two hours and more than 10,200 logged in and 44 signed up for the new bill pay service in the first week.

Other new features at www.uhcu.org include expanded account history, alerts, messaging, enhanced self-service and authentication technology that offers log-on computer recognition.

About 21,500 of UHCU's 52,500 members currently are registered as online users. The CU had been using online banking from its core processor, Symitar, according to the 2007 Credit Union Technology Survey from Callahan & Associates.
