ARVADA, Colo. -- It may be a lot easier for people to find positions within the credit union industry.
In an effort to expand the job posting network and create greater exposure to credit union specific job postings, Credit Union Strategic Partners, a franchise owner of HRValue Group, has changed its credit union jobsite from www.coloradocreditunionjobs.com to www.creditunionjobnetwork.com.
The jobsite offers a targeted pool of candidates for strategic hiring for credit unions.
According to HRValue Group Human Resources Consultant Jon Drogheo the Credit Union Job Network is more user-friendly and less complicated than the brand name job boards.
"The process is simple; login, fill in the short one page job posting information, and post. Most jobs are available for candidates to view within four to 24 hours," said Drogheo.
"Credit unions that post jobs on the site will benefit from the same robust functionality they are accustomed to, but with greater exposure," said Denise Wambsganss, human resources consultant, HRValue Group. "This low cost, credit union specific job posting board will continue to bring credit unions greater hiring results."
She added that applicants who use the job site will discover that the jobs are credit union/financial services specific and grouped in a one-stop-shop location that is just for credit unions. Many of the jobs posted to this site are not advertised anywhere else, said Wambsganss. For $197 credit unions get a 45-day posting that can be edited and changed at anytime.
"So for example if your credit union fills a position in two weeks you can post another position for the remainder of the 45-day timeframe," said Wambsganss. "Credit Union Job Network's site produces financial service experienced candidates who are familiar with credit unions, their processes and cultures."
