Texans CU Hire to Foster CUSO Alliances

RICHARDSON, Texas -- Texans Credit Union has named James Richey as senior vice president, wholesale distribution.

Richey will be responsible for creating partnerships with other credit unions through $1.4 billion Texans' wholly-owned CUSO, Texans Insurance Group and Texans' newest acquisition, OBS Financial Services, Inc., a Whitehouse, Ohio-based registered investment advisory firm.

Richey had previously served as senior vice president correspondent services at Texans Commercial Capital, a Texans CU CUSO. Prior to joining Texans, he led the expansion efforts at WesCorp, Constitution Corporate and US Central, according to OBS.
