LAS VEGAS -- Two more credit unions are now using the KnowledgePortal360 enterprise training solution from TFactor Inc.
They are $825 million Orange County's Credit Union in Santa Ana, Calif., and
$315 million City & County Credit Union in St. Paul, Minn.
The solution accommodates Web-based and instructor-led training, as well as virtual classroom and survey tools aimed at helping credit unions train for member service and compliance in-house and across multiple locations.
Las Vegas-based TFactor client list also includes Mountain America CU, Anheuser-Busch Employees CU, Los Angeles Police FCU, Fiscal CU, CoastHills CU, KeyPoint CU and Xerox FCU, the company said.
