Long-Time GFCU Board Member Retires

DULUTH, Ga. -- After 38 years, Georgia Federal Credit Union's long-time board member Estelle Harrell has retired.

Harrell was honored last month for her many years of hard work and devotion to Georgia Federal and the credit union movement.

Since first joining the board in 1969 Harrell has seen the credit union grow to over $430 million in assets with 14 branches and serving over 400 select employee groups and school systems.

Here, GFCU President/CEO Warren Butler takes a moment to thank Harrell for her years of dedicated service to the board.
