NACUSO Welcomes 'Chicken Soup for the Soul' Author for 2008 Conference

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. -- Back by popular demand, Dan Clark, a New York Times best-selling author and primary contributor to the "Chicken Soup for the Soul" series, will be the keynote speaker at the National Association of Credit Union Service Organization's 2008 Annual Conference.

The conference will take place April 27-30 at the Wynn Las Vegas. Among his career accomplishments, Clark is known for his early work with Chicken Soup founders Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen on the launch of the wildly successful book series. Clark's two entries, "Puppies for Sale" and "A Brother Like That" were included in a manuscript that would ultimately help the series get its first publishing deal.

Clark, a songwriter, recording artist, CEO and motivational speaker, returns to NACUSO's annual conference to share insights, and inspiration drawn from his experiences around the globe.

In addition to other keynote speakers and educational sessions designed for the "beginning" and "advanced" CUSO levels, NACUSO will announce its 2008 CUSO Collaboration & Cooperation award recipient. For more details on the conference, log on to www.nacuso.org.
