CU Business Group Preps 2008 National Conference

PORTLAND, Ore. -- CU Business Group has released more details on its 2008 National Conference.

The conference will take place March 11-13, 2008 at the Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale, Ariz. In addition to general sessions, there will also be breakout sessions and a product expo.

NCUA Board Member Gigi Hyland is among the keynote speakers. She will speak on the state of business services from NCUA's point of view.

Other speakers will give presentations on large credit union challenges and opportunities, small credit union opportunities, branding a business program, and developing a low cost, niche-focused program.

"Member business services are a vast untapped market opportunity for many credit unions, and this conference will provide an array of innovative, easy-to-implement ideas, all in one location," said Larry Middleman, president/CEO of CU Business Group. "We have brought together a uniquely diverse slate of speakers and discussion topics for this year's conference."

CU Business Group provides business lending, deposit and consulting services to credit unions nationwide.
