UltraData Earns SCP Certification

LAKE MARY, Fla. -- Harland Financial Solutions says its UltraData Enterprise Group has earned certification from Service Strategies Corp. under the Service Capability and Performance (SCP) standards.

The provider of core processing and other electronic services to more than 600 credit unions had to pass comprehensive, on-site audits of its support center to meet the standards, which are used to quantify the effectiveness of client service based on performance metrics.

The standards were created by a consortium of leading technology companies and the designation has been earned by such firms as EMC Corp., Lockheed Martin, GE Healthcare, and Nokia.

"The certification audit process and ongoing recertification audits reinforce the company's dedication to client satisfaction and continuous improvement," says John Hamilton, president of Service Strategies Corporation in San Diego.

"Obtaining our SCP Certification is a tangible example of how we continuously invest in our clients' best interests and how our offerings differentiate themselves in the marketplace. We are the only core processor to have achieved this distinction," says Patricia Stark, vice president of client services for HFS' Credit Union Core Systems Group.
