KeyPoint CU Looks to KnowledgePortal

SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- KeyPoint Credit Union will be using the KnowledgePortal 360 enterprise learning management system.

The $833 million CU can use the system from Las Vegas-based TFactor Inc. to centralize its training courses, build content, develop surveys and conduct Webinars, virtual classroom settings and traditional classroom sessions, the company says.

KeyPoint joins other credit unions on TFactor's client list that includes Mountain America CU, Anheuser-Busch Employees' CU, Los Angeles Police FCU, SCE FCU, Fiscal CU, CoastHills CU and Xerox FCU, the company says.
