DALLAS -- Two new product enhancements have been announced by Gladiator Technology Group, a division of ProfitStars/Jack Henry & Associates that provides managed security services to more than 500 financial institutions nationwide.
The first is Client Notes, an enhancement to the Customer Vault solution that lets financial institutions create an audit trail that documents their organizational responses to high- and medium-level security incidents as they occur and are detected by Gladiator's 24x7x365 Security Operations Center.
The second is the so-called electronic information security officer. It allows ISOs at credit unions and banks to track their review of the daily security activity summary.
The upgrades were the result of customer feedback from the Gladiator Advisory Council meeting held this past spring in Atlanta, the Dallas-based company says.
