ARLINGTON, Va. -- NASCUS is rounding the bend with its data collection process.
After NCUA informed Congress it had no authority to amass data on member services from state chartered credit unions, NASCUS was called in to collect the data. The collection process has been completed and the NASCUS Report Writing Task Force and General Counsel Bruce Jolly, a partner with Venable LLP, are writing the report right now.
The report should be completed by yearend, a spokes-
person said.
