Tracking Solution for Compromised Cards Offered by CUTEK

MURRIETA, Calif. -- A solution integrated with the Episys core system to track and manage credit card alerts is the latest offering from CUTEK, a consultancy for credit unions using the Symitar system.

The Visa Compromised Account Management System (CAMS) Alert product already has been sold to $294 million FAA Employees CU in Oklahoma City and $176 million Clackamas Community FCU in Oregon City, Ore.

The solution allows credit unions to track alerts received for each card, as well as block them, notify members and re-order new plastic cards for them.

"We discovered a need with a number of credit unions that was not being met," says Ron Murray, CUTEK president, "so we decided to create a CAMS Alert solution to fulfill this tracking process for credit unions, relieving them of any worry when it comes to compromised card accounts. It's quite a proactive security measure."
