Rogue FCU Hosts 50th Annual Meeting

MEDFORD, Ore. -- Rogue Federal Credit Union recently celebrated 50 years of excellence at the Medford Armory.

Over 450 members enjoyed the evening of food, live entertainment and prizes.

Laura Vaughn of Central Point was the lucky winner of a 2006 Ford Mustang convertible proving it pays to be a member of Rogue FCU. The meeting was held to report the strength and growth during 2006 of RFCU and to elect five members to the board of directors.

Six nominees ran to fill the five vacant positions on the board. Rogue FCU members elected the following directors: Lynn Calhoun, retired principal of Phoenix Elementary School; Dave Bierwiler, Fire Chief for the City of Medford; Tim George, Deputy Chief of Police for the City of Medford; Tom Tangeman, a retired OB/GYN Physician; and Mark Collins, Director of Finance for Asante.
