MAPLE GROVE, Minn. -- The number one priority for credit unions should of course be the satisfaction of their members, but delivering top-notch customer service isn't always easy.
TopLine Federal Credit Union understands this and has decided to invest in training. The CU has hired Kathryn Biddle, a 10-year training and academic leader, as its new training manager.
Biddle will identify and deliver training programs to TopLine employees to help them deliver superior service to each and every member, every time.
"We are excited to have Kathryn as a member of the TopLine leadership team," said Michael Edwards, TopLine's vice president of human resources and administration. "With her strong training background and years of valuable experience, we look forward to drawing on her skills to ensure the credit union's continuous success in today's hyper-competitive market."
Before joining TopLine, Biddle held positions in the academic arena as director of education at Academy College and associate dean of academic affairs at the ITT Technical Institute. Prior to that, she was a systems training supervisor with Sedgwick Claims Management Services.
Biddle received her BA in Communications from Christian Brothers University and her MBA from University of Phoenix.
