ARLINGTON, Va. -- Mid-Atlantic Federal Credit Union President/CEO Charlie Thomas has won the Region II spot on the NAFCU Board, the group announced.
Thomas will succeed David Gilbert, chair of Aberdeen Proving Ground Federal Credit Union, who has reached the term limit of three, three-year terms.
Incumbents for three other seats were previously re-elected to their seats as they ran unopposed: Region V Director Brad Beal (Nevada Federal Credit Union) and At-Large Directors Robert Marquette (Members 1st Federal Credit Union) and Ed Templeton (SRP Federal Credit Union).
All four still begin their terms at the close of NAFCU's Annual Business Meeting this July in Honolulu.
