SAVANNAH, Ga. -- Georgia Heritage Federal Credit Union has selected the COWWW Digital Documents e-statement solution from Open Solutions, the company says.
The $56 million credit union will be offering its 8,000 members up to 36 months of statements online and allow them to view draft images and checks on one page.
"This new functionality also enables the credit union to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns. With these enhancements, we expect the number of members completing transactions electronically to grow," says Kimberly Ford, the Savannah credit union's vice president of marketing.
COWWW Digital Documents is an Open Solutions business unit the Connecticut-based company acquired in 2005 as COWWW Software. Georgia Heritage FCU is a Summit Information Systems core processing customer, according to the NCUA Web site.
